We're into week four of L4 lockdown of the COVID-19 measures - how are you coping? We've compiled a list of top tips to help you minimise stress if you're working from home.

STAY CONNECTED TO OTHERS

• Video chats with workmates - Zoom, WhatsApp, Teams
• Calling friends and family
• Writing emails
• Reaching out to neighbours to ensure that
• people have enough to get through

FIND WAYS TO BE ACTIVE

• Walks or runs outside (staying at least 2m from others)
• Indoor exercises and stretches
• Join online exercise / Pilates / yoga classes

FIND WAYS TO KEEP LEARNING

• Research things that you’ve wondered about
• Download an app and start learning a new language
• Join in with your children’s/grandchildren’s learning
• Try new recipes

LOOK AFTER YOURSELF

• Make time for hobbies
• Use the extra time to do something special for yourself
• Try not to read, watch or listen to too much media; may be more harm than help
• Continue with mental health assistance if relevant; there are several options:

• Accept that this is what it is and that things will get easier
