Congratulations to New Zealand owned manufacturers Dairyworks

Here at EQ Consultants we work closely with businesses across a range of industries and we’re big advocates of their successes, so we were thrilled to hear of South Island-based Dairyworks’ recognition at the recent Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards.   

Peter Cross, GM at one of New Zealand’s leading dairy product manufacturers, helps to drive the second-generation family-owned firm which was established 16 years ago. The firm’s innovative and traditional values reflect those that have made New Zealand a world leader in dairy production. The firm promotes continuous improvement amongst its team and ensures that every part of the organisation is encouraged to create ideas and make decisions – ‘no idea is ever considered sour’.

With such inclusive values, treating all employees as family, the EQ team were thrilled to hear Dairyworks had been recognised at this year’s Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards. Peter was just one of five inspirational New Zealand entrepreneurs to take the top spot in their respective categories, following rigorous judging against a criteria developed and used globally in Entrepreneur Of The Year programmes as well as EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year.
