Better Employee Value Proposition, Better Hires

As the war for talent continues across the world, one thing clear, the need for a stronger Employee Value Proposition. What is it that makes your company unique and will set you apart from the rest?    

According to Stats NZ as of February 2020, New Zealand had 557,680 enterprises a 1.7 percent increase from the previous year. As the borders start to open, the talent pool starts to increase but many NZ enterprises are still competing for the same talent in a relatively small pond.  

The employee value proposition can be a very useful competent to your business that will help attract and retain people to your company or organisation.
