How to navigate NZ immigration with Steve Baker

We were grateful that Steve Baker gave up his time to help us navigate part of the NZ Immigration landscape. Steve talks about resources for employers, potential changes for 2021, how employers will soon have to gain accreditation, and lastly, how to go about changes to a migrants variation. 

About Steve Baker
  • Steve is currently the Manager of Workforce Sourcing focused on creating sourcing strategies to attract local and overseas talent for clients.  
  • Prior to this role, he had been working as a School Teacher for 20 years. 
  • As well as teaching Steve also took on leadership roles within this time such as Head of Physical Education Department and Director of Boarding and Development Office.
     
Areas of Specialty
  • A fully Licensed Immigration Adviser with specialist immigration knowledge for both Employers of and Migrants and their families.
  • Steve primarily ensures their immigration requirements are fully catered for, in this ever-evolving environment.   
  • Steve is a Fellow of the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association Australia & New Zealand (RCSA)
