Updating your profile

Access your profile page to edit and view your employment details.

Access your Profile from your dashboard


1. From any page, click the pointing down Arrow next to your name on the right of the upper toolbar of the site. This will open up a menu with a few options.


2. From here, click the My Profile button.


After you have clicked the My Profile button, you will be taken to your Profile.

 


 

Overview - My Profile

Here is your profile, this allows you to view and edit any relevant employment information about yourself in 5 tabs (displayed below). Let's walk through the:

 

Personal Details tab

 

By default, your Profile opens to the Personal Details tab. Details such as your name, contact details and entitlement to work are recorded in this tab. Your manager can add in some categories such as date of birth and entitlement to work information - make sure you contact your manager if you believe there are any information errors.


Position Details tab

After opening your Profile, choose the Position Details tab to see your key employment information and weekly working schedule. You can also view and edit your employment history to list previous positions and working hours.


Payroll Details tab 

After opening your Profile, choose the Payroll Details tab to see the your IRD /account number, remuneration details and KiwiSaver information.


Documents tab

After opening your Profile, choose the Documents tab to view the relevant documents involved with your current employment. Documents can be added to your profile such as employment agreements, KiwiSaver forms, declarations of fitness to work, and IRD documents.


How to add a new document

1) To add a new document, select the + Add button and follow the steps below but selecting the document type, uploading the document, naming the document, and adding any additional comments about the document.

2) Click the Save & Close button when you are done.


Account tab

After opening your Profile, choose the Account tab to see your key login information. This does not include your password, if you are looking to reset your password, click here for more information.
