Formthotics® is seeking a Digital Specialist to own and elevate its global and local-market digital platforms — helping scale a global-to-local digital growth engine across websites, search, CRM, campaigns and customer experience

The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, critical digital role where you’ll take end-to-end ownership of websites and owned digital platforms. You’ll work closely with internal teams, agencies, and international markets to ensure that their digital ecosystem delivers commercial value, strong brand presence, and exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end website rollouts and major upgrades across global and local market sites
  • Support distributor enablement through localisable digital templates, campaign assets, website content, reporting and market feedback loops
  • Track and optimise digital journeys that support clinician engagement, training sign-ups, lead generation and customer conversion.
  • Own CMS management, content publishing, and ongoing platform optimisation
  • Drive SEO, AEO and GEO performance (technical, on-page, off-page) across international markets
  • Partner with agencies, developers, and designers to deliver high-performing, user-centric websites
  • Develop and manage web analytics, reporting and actionable insights
  • Optimise site performance, mobile usability, accessibility and Core Web Vitals
  • Build and manage owned digital infrastructure including Google and social media accounts
  • Deliver NZ-focused CRM, email marketing and marketing automation activity, including lead nurture testing and campaign optimisation.
  • Support innovation initiatives including Formthotics® Academy and future B2B digital experiences
About you
You’re a hands-on digital operator who enjoys turning strategy into well-executed digital experiences. You’re comfortable owning platforms, coordinating agencies, working across markets, and using data to improve performance, usability and conversion.
You’ll bring:
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, website or platform management roles
  • Strong experience with CMS platforms
  • Proven expertise in SEO, analytics and website optimisation, with curiosity or experience in emerging AI/generative search
  • Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and web accessibility standards
  • A data-led mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to work across cultures and markets
