Estimating & Pricing Coordinator
ProBuild ITM is seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Estimating & Pricing Coordinator to support their trade and sales teams while driving pricing accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
This role sits at the intersection of pricing management, estimating, and operational support. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining customer pricing tiers, implementing trading strategies, supporting estimates and special orders, and helping the business achieve strong financial and customer service outcomes.
About the Role
Reporting into the Trade Sales Manager and working closely with sales, suppliers, and customers, you will be responsible for ensuring pricing, estimates, and supplier arrangements are accurate, competitive, and aligned with business strategy. You’ll also identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve systems, and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Operational Support
- Deliver outstanding service to internal and external customers at all times
- Receive, prepare, and process accurate estimates for clients
- Provide value‑added solutions by understanding customer needs beyond basic transactions
- Support the trade sales team with indent stock, special orders, charge-outs, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely invoicing and manage pricing or invoice queries
- Develop, maintain, and administer customer pricing tiers, contracts, and price files
- Implement and support trading strategies that drive growth and efficiency
- Notify customers of upcoming price changes in a timely manner
- Contribute to contract preparation and review financial and pricing information
- Monitor supplier performance across pricing, delivery, quality, and service
- Proactively identify risks, resolve issues early, and escalate where required
- Monitor sales performance, GP%, and budget outcomes
- Ensure supplier spend, quotes, and pricing structures meet high commercial standards
- Assess and communicate the operational and financial impacts of changes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Work closely with preferred suppliers and their local and national representatives

- Technical building industry knowledge, or the ability to quickly source accurate information
- Strong understanding of residential building workflows
- Exposure to group housing or large-scale residential builds
- Experience in a hardware, building supply, or related retail environment
- Familiarity with pricing structures, rebates, supplier agreements, and volume incentives
