Marketing Co-ordinator (Part-Time - 15 hours per week)

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Co-ordinator to take ownership of our day-to-day marketing execution across both EQ Consultants and HR Today.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage digital channels, create engaging content, and ensure our brands are visible, consistent, and compelling.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and scheduling social media content across platforms
- Creating engaging marketing content (graphics, video, campaigns)
- Maintaining and updating our websites (Silverstripe)
- Running and optimising digital campaigns (Google Ads, Analytics)
- Supporting the growth and positioning of the HR Today product offering
- Assisting with email marketing, newsletters, and audience engagement
- Ensuring brand consistency across all channels
- Bringing ideas to grow reach, engagement, and leads
This is not an entry-level role, we’re looking for someone confident, capable, and hands-on.
You will have:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation
- Strong social media management skills (execution)
- Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, Figma, Vimeo
- Experience managing websites (ideally Silverstripe or similar CMS)
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
- A proactive, practical mindset, you take ownership and get things done
