Business Partnership Manager
Driven by values of being a network of ‘hands on, switched on and on call to help’, our client, ProBuild ITM, is looking for just the right person to be their Business Partnership Manager.
This role combines strategic partnership management with operational sales support to drive business growth and efficiency. It involves developing and maintaining key relationships with customers and suppliers, implementing trading strategies, overseeing pricing tiers, and has a strong project management focus.

Are you a confident communicator committed to first class stakeholder management? We’re looking for a proactive, detail-focused all‑rounder to support the sales manager, key customers, and wider team to deliver quality results in the fast-paced construction sector.
In this role, you will:
- Provide outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders
- Seek value-added solutions for customers
- Oversee customer projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality
- Conduct visits to customers
- Process orders
- Be a CRM champion
- Drive process changes and streamline systems
- Monitor supplier performance
- Identify emerging issues, resolve or escalate
- Maintain customer price files, contracts and pricing tiers
- Familiarity with the building industry, including products, product codes, unit of measure and supplier categories
- Experience working alongside Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and other Construction Sector professionals
- Customer Service orientation
- Exposure to project management functions
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence with numbers
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative working style and the ability to empower and motivate others
- Proven multitasking abilities
- CRM experience and Microsoft Suite skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
