This role combines strategic partnership management with operational sales support to drive business growth and efficiency. It involves developing and maintaining key relationships with customers and suppliers, implementing trading strategies, project management, and overseeing pricing tiers. This position fosters collaboration across teams, identifies process improvements, and supports the achievement of sales targets while embedding a customer-focused culture.

Key Accounts Partner
Are you a confident communicator committed to first class stakeholder management? We’re looking for a proactive, detail-focused all‑rounder to support the sales manager, key customers, and wider team.
In this role, you will:
  • Provide outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Seek value-added solutions for customers
  • Process orders
  • Organise indent stock or special orders and manage charge-outs
  • Be a CRM champion
  • Action a range of enquiries within agreed timeframes
  • Conduct visits to customers
  • Drive process changes and streamline systems
  • Contribute to contract preparation and financial information review
  • Monitor supplier performance
  • Identify emerging issues, resolve or escalate
  • Maintain customer price files, contracts and pricing tiers
  • Monitor financial results
  • Assist in budget performance monitoring
  • Undertake projects
We’re looking for someone who has:
  • Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to empower and motivate others
  • Collaborative working style
  • Proven multitasking abilities
  • Customer service orientation
  • Strong Microsoft Suite skills
  • CRM experience
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence with numbers
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with the building industry, including products, product codes, unit of measure and supplier categories
