The Opportunity
Our Auckland based client is the chosen advocate for the network of professionals they represent as their membership association. They provide professional development opportunities, knowledge sharing, and represent their industry to set the highest of benchmarks.

About the Role
This is a role that has many strands to it – while having a significant focus on PD coordination, you will also be part of the Administration Team. You will work closely with a variety of staff supporting them in their key areas e.g. Education, Membership Services, Marketing & Communications, Data & Digital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer the provision of professional development courses, webinars, programmes and other initiatives
  • Event planning
  • Work alongside Marketing & Communications to promote PD activities
  • Support Data & Digital with administering the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Provide content for newsletters and social media
  • Administer surveys/analyse feedback
  • Oversee the administration associated with the PD programme
  • Be part of the Administration Team in terms of providing “front of house” services and associated administration tasks
  • And so much more
About You
To be considered for this role, you will ideally tick most of the following boxes:
  • Experience in professional development programme coordination
  • Exposure to event coordination
  • Very good interpersonal skills, including public speaking
  • IT literacy including a sound understanding of the Microsoft Office suite, AMS and LMS platforms
  • A “can do” attitude with a “roll up your sleeves” approach to work. Flexibility is key
  • Attention to detail, sound time management and the ability to juggle a range of tasks at any given time
  • A logical approach to problem solving
  • The ability to work autonomously while still effectively contributing to team and organisation goals
  • You are someone who never loses sight of the needs of your stakeholders
