Are you a true multi-talented office management professional who can juggle a number of balls at once in a varied and critical role? Effectively, you will be working sole charge to support the running of this successful Woolston based manufacturing business. Our client services a diverse sector base, including construction, medical, sports and recreation, plumbing and electrical, engineering/technical, and agriculture.

About the Role

As the Office Manager, success in this part time role (20 – 25 hours per week) will be determined by the accuracy and timeliness of the delivery of your core responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities (a snapshot)
  • Weekly Payroll (salaried, waged, casuals)
  • Cashflow management
  • Creditors and Debtors
  • Bank reconciliations / GST and FBT returns
  • Creating and reviewing Bill of Materials
  • Production planning administration
  • International payments and transfers
  • End of month financial reporting (with GM)
  • End of year financial preparation for external accountant
  • Customer order management, Stock control, stocktake preparation and stock ordering
  • Health and Safety administration
  • Management of contract cleaning services
  • IT troubleshooter
About You

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
  • Solid accounts experience (ideally including payroll)
  • Varied administration experience
  • Systems savvy (Xero and Ostendo experience would be a bonus)
  • Happy working in what is effectively a sole charge role
  • Manufacturing sector experience is desirable (but not essential)
