Josh joins us after starting his HR journey at the University of Canterbury. Josh’s passion for working with people was recognised when he was appointed as Student Ambassador for Human Resources New Zealand (HRNZ). Josh remains on the committee and continues to raise awareness and reduce the gap between the academic and the professional sectors.
Through his experiences at Citycare Group and Marlborough District Council, Josh brings knowledge of workplace culture and a sound understanding of how organisational design contributes to building high performing teams.
Josh gets a real buzz from uplifting others and thrives on a new challenge. In his spare time, you’ll either find him on the football pitch, ski field, or on the water reeling in the catch of the day.
