EQ Consultants is celebrating another year of continued growth with new, larger premises in central Christchurch.
EQ Consultants is an HR Consulting, Training and Executive Recruitment practice with a presence in Christchurch, Queenstown and Auckland. The company is run by managing director Steve Kennedy, founding director Viv Patterson and director Craig Atkinson. In the past year the company has welcomed three new additions to the team and seen an increase in its client base as it continues to support organisations far and wide.

Our mission is to support, empower and educate businesses in managing their most important asset, their people. In the past year we’ve seen a 32% increase in clients and a 95% client retention rate. Due to such growth, we’re thrilled to be in a larger new central office with Partners Finance & Lease, a shared-space collaboration which we’re seeing becoming more common across the country.
