We're searching for a recruitment consultant to join our friendly Christchurch team.
The role
With a strong nature of delivering on what we promise, EQ Consultants have been operating for more than 10 years in the South Island and have a strong presence in the Christchurch and Queenstown markets. Providing HR and recruitment solutions to a broad range of customers, we are dedicated to enhancing the way that businesses operate. We have an extensive background in the HR/recruitment sector and support our clients in achieving their goals.
Due to increased business demand, we wish to appoint an additional recruitment consultant to our close-knit team. This role will be required to provide recruitment services and advice to clients across multiple industry sectors, focusing on search and selection for mid-level and higher roles. Training and support will be given to the successful applicant.
What we're looking for
As an action-oriented recruiter, you will have solid experience in the recruitment sector, specifically delivering permanent recruitment solutions at mid-management or higher levels. In addition, you will have business development and/or account management experience, with the ability to quickly form relationships with prospects, be able to interpret their challenges and then present workable and tailored solutions. Having a passion for assisting clients find the best talent for their business will be at the core of your personality and of the way you operate.
This position does require the individual to 'grow their customer base' so engaging with new prospects and networking is a key function of the role.
