Letter - 90 Day Trial Period Termination

About this template

During the 90 Day Trial Period, the employer may exercise their right to dismiss the employee if it is felt that they are not suitable for the position for which they were employed. However, the employer must have acted in good faith, actively and constructively establishing and maintaining a productive employment relationship with the Employee. 

While the Employee cannot bring a personal grievance against the employer, they may take legal action for unjustified disadvantage if they feel that a fair and open process has not been followed.
