Developing Effective Managers - HR training sessions 2018

Struggling to get your team flowing in the same direction? Poor performance playing on your mind?

Good managers are made, not born, and giving a management role to the best performer doesn't necessarily result in a manager who relates well to his or her people or gets them to succeed. Whether you are a team leader, manager, or maybe a new business owner, if you’re in a role that requires leadership capabilities the EQ Developing Effective Managers programme is for you.

Greater effectiveness and team performance is attained as the programme builds an understanding of how management roles meet organisational goals and how those are further supported by mutual team support.

Designed to improve knowledge and competence in core management competencies, this one-day training event will take you through the entire leadership process. The training is interactive, practical and tailored to your needs. This is ensured through an online survey sent out prior to the day, giving the opportunity to let us know what's important to you.

Events for the first quarter will be held in Christchurch on the following dates from 9am to 4pm:

Thursday 22nd March

Thursday 26th April

Thursday 25th October

$795 + GST. Event also includes 15FQ+ personality assessment and detailed report, morning tea and lunch on the day.
