EQ Consultants is a full-service Human resources consultancy firm. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic People Consultant to join our team. As we embark on an exciting shift in the company, we are looking for someone who shares our vision for the future of work and passionate about driving positive change within the people-focused area.
What will your typical day look like at EQ?
- Collaborate closely with clients through transformative initiatives and strategic HR interventions
- Support clients with the resolution of ER issues and provide accurate commercially focused and comprehensive HR advice.
- Support clients through periods of transition and change, such as mergers, acquisitions, and change management initiatives.
- Provide recruitment services for executive positions.
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver project objectives.

We want to hear from people with experience between 3-5 years in HR, recruitment, and/or talent development:
- Preferably in a consulting environment
- Profound understanding of New Zealand employment regulations and proven ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
- Strategic thinker and commercially minded with the ability to translate theory into practical plans.
