About the opportunity: 
  • Strategic: Participate as part of the wider leadership team in the planning, alignment, and execution of the FSI business plan.
  • Leadership: Actively set the resourcing model for marketing, including use of internal teams, external agencies, distributor partners, contractors and consultants.
  • Digital Channels: Develop and manage global digital marketing initiatives and platforms to ensure a scalable growth model.
  • Brand and Communications: Manage the brand strategy and standards for Foot Science International.
  • New Product & Marketing Development: Oversee the product and pricing portfolio co-ordinating the assessment, prioritization and viability assessment of new product development across Foot Science International.
  • Education: Manage FSI’s education segment and product instruction.
About you: 
  • Tertiary qualified in marketing, communications, business or related field.
  • Marketing Director of Head of Marketing experience in multi-national business.
  • Significant international experience in in B2B marketing role.
  • Digital marketing expertise across multiple channels and markets.
  • Highly advanced communication skills and an understanding of stakeholder interaction.
  • A forward thinking and innovative approach and the ability to increase brand presence. 
  • Proven ability to adapt and manage competing deadlines.
  • Ability to align marketing campaigns to the business strategy.
