Unbundled Recruitment (Modular Recruitment)
EQ have developed an unbundled recruitment service for clients only requiring support for a specific part of the recruitment project. This service can be customised for client’s specific needs in order to provide relevant support and added value at various stages of the recruitment cycle. You can request EQ to perform any one, or a number of, the following functions;

Assessment & Evaluations:
We are able to provide a wide range of psychometrical assessments from the Genesys 3 range of assessments. These psychometric assessments have been developed by Psytech International in the UK and are used extensively in New Zealand. The tests are fully automated and can either be administrated online via the net or supervised in our office. The norm groups are international and New Zealand and are updated bi annually to ensure accuracy and relevance to the NZ workforce. The Genesys Assessments provided a comprehensive range of ability, personality, values, team building, and career assessments to support recruitment and staff development.
Benchmarking:
If an independent objective assessment of internal candidates is required to ensure the selection process is transparent and fair, EQ can interview your staff and provide a report highlighting competency matches and/or gaps. This interview can be further enhanced by the use of psychological assessment including feedback.
