Psychometric Assessments

We are able to provide a wide range of psychometrical assessments from the Genesys 3 range of assessments. These psychometric assessments have been developed by Psytech International in the UK and are used extensively in New Zealand. The tests are fully automated and can either be administrated online via the net or supervised in our office. The Genesys Assessments provided a comprehensive range of ability, personality, values, team building, and career assessments to support recruitment and staff development.

Coaching & Mentoring

In order to improve the internal effectiveness of your leadership team EQ have the experience and capability to customize individual coaching/mentoring programs designed to address performance gaps and build on development opportunities. The intention is that, through open and constructive feedback, participants will be able to uncover relevant information about their strengths and potential areas for development that they may not be aware of.
